Job Description

We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Contouring / Aesthetic pro to join our amazing, growing team at Houston Weight & Wellness Center!!!! You will provide body contour treatments at our centrally located Houston office. Hours: Part Time / Full Time Pay: $15 per hour PLUS COMMISSIONS on service packages sold. Expect to make $1000 - $4000 per month in commissions. What You’ll do:

• Provide body contouring treatments with the Ultimate Contour Device, provide direct patient care and ensure adherence to patient safety guidelines.
• Conduct assessments of patients' health histories, current medical conditions, and goals.
• Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, ensuring clear communication and managing realistic expectations.
• Educate patients on pre-procedure instructions, including dietary recommendations, take hydration recommendations, and provide support.
• Monitor patients’ overall well-being throughout the procedure, promptly addressing any complications or adverse events.
• Documentation of procedures
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient interactions, assessments, treatments and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Previous work in an aesthetic or medical environment.
• Proficient in patient assessment, consultation, and development of individualized treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and work collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
