Contract Attorney

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Contract (3-6 Months)

Compensation: $80 - $100 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Contract Attorney for a 3–6 month on-site assignment in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of general corporate legal experience, with a strong focus on negotiating vendor agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of vendor agreements and other corporate contracts.
• Provide legal guidance on contract terms, risk assessment, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure agreements align with company policies and business objectives.
• Assist with general corporate legal matters as needed.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Bar membership (in good standing).
• 3+ years of corporate legal experience, with a strong background in contract negotiation, particularly vendor agreements.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.
