Job Description

The Pool Concierge team is responsible for providing exemplary Guest Service at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort! They play a crucial role in the resorts goal of exceeding high Guest expectations by engaging with Guests, anticipating their needs, and providing a personalized experience.

Basic Qualifications :

• You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
• Possess a positive, polished, outgoing, and friendly personality
• Strong technical abilities
• Ability to work cohesively with other Cast as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for serving others and proven problem-solving skills while maintaining professional etiquette
• Ability to partner efficiently with other operating departments
• Proven ability to prioritize and coordinate work assignments
• Be active in the role of safety and security. Be cognizant of all emergency-reporting procedures
• Ability to work a flexible work week including nights, weekends and holidays

Additional Information :

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Scheduling will require availability to work weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule when business requires
