Your Role:

We’re excited to invite an Electrician to join our dynamic team at our Constantine, Michigan location. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Ensure the smooth operation of company equipment, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC systems.
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and scheduled inspections, following established guidelines.
• Collaborate with program leaders to uphold our electrical safety program.
• Adhere to all quality systems and safety procedures, including environmental regulations and OSHA standards.
• Propose enhancements for safety through electrical programs and process improvements.
• Take on various other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A Journeyman Electrical License.
• Ability to interpret the National Electric Code (NEC).
• A valid driver's license and willingness to drive a company vehicle as needed.
• Comfort with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Physical capability to climb, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to health and safety, ensuring you and your colleagues go home safely every day.
• Willingness to work overtime and shifts, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Master Licensed Electrician.
• Experience with work order and part inventory systems.
• Knowledge of Automation and Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
• Previous industrial maintenance experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, instrumentation, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with E-Maintenance or similar systems for work orders and parts inventory.

• No relocation allowance offered for this position.

On-Site Commitment:

• This role is 100% on-site at our Corteva location.
