Job Overview

The EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) Personnel will be experienced and detail oriented. The EVV Personnel will be responsible for visit maintenance in the Electronic Visit Verification system within our organization. The primary focus of this role is to ensure proper visit documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitate staff training on EVV procedures, and troubleshoot any issues related to EVV systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document and verify services provided to clients using electronic visit verification systems.
• Maintain EVV compliance.
• Conduct insurance verification to ensure coverage for services rendered.
• Creating and maintaining patient charts.
• Filing, Copying and Faxing.
• Collaborate with providers and office staff to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist in managing office tasks related to patient care and service delivery.
• Provide support in maintaining a well-organized healthcare office environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Vesta EVV System is REQUIRED.
• Must be knowledgeable about HIPAA policies.
• Healthcare office experience.
• Ability to work effectively in an office setting, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
• Experience in handling medical records and familiarity with insurance verification processes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with healthcare providers and patients.
• proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
