FIELD PRODUCTION

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Help set up shoots with lights, props, equipment etc.
• Learn/Train how to use field gear (cameras, lighting, etc.)
• Learn/Train to properly store/transport/maintain field production gear
• Assist with acquisition, loading and transporting of props/furniture, etc.
• Assist designers, directors, camera people as needed
• Print and distribute daily paperwork (scripts, call sheets, etc.)
• Assist in confirming dressing and makeup facilities are ready for incoming guests
• Escort talent and guest to and from shooting areas
• Assist in research of topics, guests and shooting locations
• Run errands as assigned
  • Proven experience as production assistant or a passion for the industry
  • Computer savvy
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
  • A team player with great communication skills
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Able to work flexible hours and schedules
  • In process of acquiring degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field
