Job Title: Grounds and Trash Maintenance Worker
Location: Rochester NY 14604
Job Type: Part Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Grounds and Trash Maintenance Worker. In this role, you’ll help keep our property clean, safe, and well-maintained by handling daily grounds keeping and trash removal duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and dispose of trash and debris throughout the property (Garbage room on each floor must be emptied daily)

• Empty and clean outdoor trash cans and receptacles

• Maintain cleanliness of common outdoor areas including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaped areas

• Perform light landscaping tasks such as weeding, sweeping, raking, and trimming

• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management

• Operate basic grounds equipment as needed (e.g., leaf blowers, push mowers)

• Assist with seasonal cleanup (snow, leaves, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Capable of lifting up to [50] lbs and performing physical tasks for extended periods

• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools is a plus

• Prior experience in grounds or janitorial work is helpful but not required

Benefits:

• 15.50-17.00/Hour
