We're seeking a dynamic Inventory Manager to lead our passionate teams!

Position Overview:

As an Inventory Manager , you will be crucial in optimizing inventory levels, managing stock movements, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. You will oversee all aspects of inventory control, from procurement to storage and distribution, to minimize costs while maintaining adequate stock levels to meet customer demand. Additionally, you will lead a team of inventory associates and forklift operators to ensure daily and weekly inventory targets are met.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, trends, lead times, and demand forecasts.
  • Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and take appropriate actions to reduce excess stock.

Inventory Tracking and Control:

  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and consumption patterns to ensure accuracy and minimize
  • Implement and oversee cycle counting, periodic stock audits, and reconciliation processes.

Warehouse Management:

  • Efficiently organize and maintain the warehouse, optimizing space utilization and

ensuring safe and systematic storage of inventory.

  • Oversee receiving and replenishment process to ensure timely processing of inbound freight.

Inventory Reporting and Performance:

  • Generate regular reports on inventory performance, highlighting key metrics such as stock turnover and fill rates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to align inventory levels with operational needs and customer demands.
  • Coordinate with production planning to ensure a seamless flow of materials and finished goods.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide the inventory control team.

Physical Demand: Lifting up to 40 lbs

Working Conditions: Office and warehouse

Shift Time/Overtime: 7:30am - 4:00pm
