About the Role

Ripple Junction is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Prior logistics experience is required—bonus points if you have a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring on-time pickups of customer orders across a variety of routing methods. You’ll coordinate with multiple departments including sales, production, distribution, and third-party vendors and logistics providers. Your ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for optimization will be key to your success and professional growth.

A Day in the Life

• Navigate customer portals and carrier systems to submit routing requests.
• Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses, distribution centers, and customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor shipping queues to ensure all pickups are routed, scheduled, executed, and documented with signed BOLs and required paperwork.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate errors in a timely manner to support on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prevent delays and maintain operational flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into ERP systems and logistics tracking tools.
• Maintain up-to-date and clearly documented customer routing guides.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure alignment on logistics processes.
• Proactively identify support needs and request help to meet shared goals.

Must Haves

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong understanding of shipping methods, freight terms, and warehouse workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook 365.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the apparel or wholesale distribution industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, logistics platforms, or advanced Excel functionality (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
