POSITION SUMMARY:

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist with various data mining and research tasks, including data entry, analysis, qualitative research and special projects. Adhere to research processes to assure data quality is in accordance with corporate standards. Interpret relevant information by searching, validating, and recording accurate information into appropriate database(s). Where applicable, compile and organize findings in graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams. POSITION REQUIREMENTS In pursuit of or recently completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with an emphasis in real estate, or a business-related field. A minimum of 0-2 years of research or data analytics experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred. Experience with working with large data sets preferred, but not required. Demonstrate an interest in the commercial real estate industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Be curious by nature and demonstrate the ability through investigative research. Be persistent in the pursuit of information. Manage multiple responsibilities, changing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Be goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by success. Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities with a high attention to detail. Ability to keep information and internal communications confidential. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time/constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery (ex. a calculator, copy machine, computer printer) or, by request, be provided reasonable accommodations to perform the essential functions of the position. Perform or assume additional department duties as assigned.
