As a Nutrition and Sustainability Engagement Lead , Senior Manager, based in Battle Creek, MI. , you will provide strategic direction and leadership for our external engagement, strategic partners and reporting process in support of our Feeding Happiness sustainable business strategy. You will work collaboratively across the organization identifying opportunities to proactively share our story and key messages supporting the broader business priorities, ultimately showing how WK Kellogg Co makes doing good, good for business.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
This role reports directly into the Chief Wellbeing and Sustainable Business Officer, with no direct reports. This individual will work cross-functionally as a peer to the broader Wellbeing, Regulatory and Consumer Affairs Team. Additionally, this role will have a large external engagement presence representing WK Kellogg Co , and developing and maintaining professional relationships with consultants, professional organizations, academics, and government agencies.
