As an Associate Technology Consultant you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide technology solutions that align with their goals. This entrylevel role offers a unique opportunity to develop consulting skills work on diverse projects and gain handson experience with cuttingedge technologies. You will support senior consultants and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements through meetings workshops and interviews. Support the development of project proposals and solution designs.
Solution Implementation: Participate in the deployment configuration and customization of technology solutions. Work alongside senior consultants to ensure that implementations meet client expectations and project timelines.
Technical Support: Provide postimplementation support troubleshooting and issue resolution for clients. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns and optimizing system performance.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation including design specifications user manuals and training materials. Ensure all project records are uptodate and accessible.
Data Analysis: Assist in collecting analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for clients. Support the development of reports and dashboards that help clients make informed decisions.
Training and Education: Help clients understand and utilize the technology solutions provided. Conduct user training sessions and create educational materials to enhance user adoption.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technology trends industry best practices and emerging tools. Participate in professional development activities and seek opportunities for growth within the consulting field.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including developers project managers and business analysts to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience may be considered.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT systems software development databases and networking. Familiarity with specific technologies relevant to the role such as cloud computing CRM systems or ERP solutions.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients team members and stakeholders.
Project Management: Basic knowledge of project management principles. Ability to manage tasks and deadlines in a dynamic consulting environment.
