Job Description

The ideal Paid Social Manager will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a proven track record of executing successful lead generation campaigns. They should be highly analytical, able to interpret data to optimize campaign performance, and have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.   • Social Media Expertise: Proficient in managing paid campaigns across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Lead Generation: Demonstrated success in driving demand and generating high-quality leads.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Content Creation: Ability to develop compelling content that aligns with brand and audience.
  • Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • A/B Testing: Skilled in conducting tests to identify effective strategies.
  • Compliance: Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in a lead gen-driven environment with meaningful budgets and clear ROI goals.
  • Proven ability to drive down-funnel results (CPL, ROAS, cost-per-case, lead quality) beyond clicks and impressions.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and understanding of Performance Max, smart bidding, and custom audiences.
  • Experience integrating PPC performance with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) for pipeline visibility and attribution.
  • Strong analytical acumen, familiarity with performance dashboards, GA4, and diagnosing campaign performance.
  • Relentless drive to test, pivot, and treat every campaign like a business.
  • Proficiency in managing and integrating tools and technology to drive performance at scale.
  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with call tracking, intake systems, landing page testing tools (Unbounce, VWO), and CRM automation (Zapier, Segment, etc.).
