• *Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Registered Nurses

(RNs)** * Medication administration per physician orders * Physician ordered treatments for:

• Nutrition via a feeding tube
• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioningnasal, oral andor endotracheal
• Ventilation care
• Seizure assessment and treatment
• *Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Registered Nurses

(RNs)**

• Current, active Florida RN or LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimers training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• 1- Hour DOEA Alzheimers Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
