General Summary of Responsibilities: Screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates via phone, virtual and in-person. Utilize a variety of job boards and Boolean searches. Utilize social media platforms for sourcing applicants. Provide management with requested reports and documents. Accurately maintain & update candidate files Working on MULTIPLE job requirements throughout the day Extending offers, noting CRM systems 1 year of High-Volume Recruiting experience needed. Effective and professional written and oral communication skills Ability to identify and resolve barriers to recruiting efforts. Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light. Knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures Responds to all candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
