** Job Title : Experienced Refrigeration Technician**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration systems, with expertise in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our refrigeration systems.

**Responsibilities:**

• Install, maintain, and repair various types of refrigeration systems, including commercial and industrial units.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and implement timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while working on refrigeration systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician, with a proven track record of success in installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in refrigeration equipment.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, including thermodynamics, heat transfer, and refrigerant properties.
• Familiarity with a wide range of refrigeration systems, including but not limited to HVAC, commercial refrigerators, and industrial chillers.
• Relevant certifications such as EPA 608 Certification and/or trade school diploma in refrigeration technology are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Available for Call rotation for emergencies during the week at night and on weekends.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
