Job Type: PRN, Variable Shifts

Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour | Night $4.00/hour | Weekend $1.50/hour

About Our Department

Step into a rewarding role in our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry unit , where we maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. Our dedicated team of RNs, CNAs, Telemetry Techs, and unit secretaries provides specialized care for patients primarily facing respiratory failure and cardiac conditions. Here, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced monitoring technology to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population.

Qualifications and Requirements

To join our team, you’ll need:

  • A graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • A current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • AHA ACLS and AHA PALS certifications within six months of hire.
  • Handle With Care training within 90 days of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred.
