No experience is needed! :) We'll teach you if you are willing to learn.

But if you have experience even better and better pay.

Day or Night time & Weekend shifts available.

A little bit about us: we're a versatile printing company that thrives on making some cool stuff! We do all types of printing, from puff to glow-in-the-dark to discharge, but we're always looking for new techniques. We have a fantastic facility with all the bells and whistles: A/C, surround sound, and the best part—our shop dogs, Cha Cha and Pelusa!

We're looking for someone who enjoys the artisan part of screen printing and is willing to learn. We're located at 6788 NE 4th Ave, in the heart of the Little River business district.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, has a great attitude, and is ambitious, efficient, and reliable.

A Screen Printing Assistant typically handles a variety of tasks to support the screen printing process. Here are some of the common responsibilities and duties for this role:

• ** Preparation and Setup**:
• - Cleaning and preparing screens for printing, including coating them with emulsion and exposing them to UV light.
• - Setting up and calibrating printing presses and equipment.
• - Mixing and loading screen ink colors to match client specifications.
• ** Learning how to Operate Printing Equipment **:
• - Operating the screen printing press to print designs on various materials .
• - Loading materials onto the press, adjusting settings, and conducting test runs to ensure quality prints
• - Catching and organizing printed apparel at the end of the dryer.
• **Learning Quality Control**:
• - Performing quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure designs meet specifications
• - Identifying and troubleshooting common printing errors and registration mistakes
• ** Maintenance and Cleaning **:
• - Cleaning equipment, work areas, and machinery daily to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace【 - Conducting routine maintenance on equipment and replacing worn-out parts as needed
• ** Additional Tasks **:
• - Assisting with other production tasks as needed, such as garment counting, breaking down jobs, and printing prep
• - Communicating with team members to ensure deadlines and design specifications are met.

Screen Printing Assistants must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, often standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects. Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques are essential for this role.

Un poco sobre nosotros: somos una empresa de impresión versátil que prospera haciendo cosas geniales. Un Asistente de Serigrafía maneja una variedad de tareas para apoyar el proceso de serigrafía. Aquí están algunas de las responsabilidades y deberes comunes para este rol:

**Preparación y Configuración**:

- Limpiar y preparar las pantallas para imprimir, incluyendo el recubrimiento con emulsión y la exposición a luz UV.

- Configurar y calibrar las prensas de impresión y el equipo.

- Mezclar y cargar los colores de tinta según las especificaciones del cliente.

**Aprender a Operar el Equipo de Impresión**:

- Operar la prensa de serigrafía para imprimir diseños en varios materiales.

- Cargar materiales en la prensa, ajustar configuraciones y realizar pruebas para asegurar impresiones de calidad.

- Capturar y organizar la ropa impresa al final del secador.

**Aprender el Control de Calidad**:

- Realizar verificaciones de calidad durante el proceso de impresión para asegurar que los diseños cumplan con las especificaciones.

- Identificar y solucionar errores comunes de impresión y problemas de registro.

**Mantenimiento y Limpieza**:

- Limpiar diariamente el equipo, las áreas de trabajo y la maquinaria para mantener un espacio de trabajo ordenado y eficiente.

- Realizar mantenimiento rutinario en el equipo y reemplazar piezas desgastadas según sea necesario.

**Tareas Adicionales**:

- Ayudar con otras tareas de producción según sea necesario, como el conteo de prendas, desglosar trabajos y la preparación de impresión.

- Comunicarse con los miembros del equipo para asegurar que se cumplan los plazos y las especificaciones de diseño.

Los Asistentes de Serigrafía deben sentirse cómodos trabajando en un entorno físicamente exigente, a menudo de pie por largos períodos y levantando objetos pesados. Es esencial tener una gran atención al detalle, buena coordinación mano-ojo y una disposición a aprender y adaptarse a nuevas técnicas.
