This role provides an opportunity to learn, grow and build your career with Fidelity Finance. As part of the Fidelity Institutional Finance Team, you will work with a diverse team using the latest tools and technology to develop and improve your finance skills.

The FI Distribution Finance Team collaborates with a variety of partners including senior management, finance, and the strategy team to drive initiatives across Fidelity Institutional. This role will focus on providing financial support and analysis for the Intermediary Distribution team.

Candidates will demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage priorities and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • 5 years of proven experience with a track record in financial modeling and analysis
  • Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills
  • Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including effectively interacting with and influencing senior management
  • Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including crafting presentations to communicate financial information to influence decision making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to influence others and build relationships
  • Solid knowledge and expertise in financial, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, ThinkCell, Tableau, Business objects)
  • Demonstrates initiative and a great teammate

The Value You Deliver

  • Partner with Distribution senior team to create territories and set sales targets for total Intermediary as well as individual territories
  • Provide insights to sales leadership based on territory, market, and activity analytics
  • Support Intermediary pricing and business acceptance process for Third Party Payments
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of financial results, including key drivers, emerging trends, and anomalies to share with senior management to guide effective decision making
  • Use tools and business knowledge to continuously provide informative information, reporting and analytics that evolve with changes in the business, including proactive thinking and analysis
  • Develop sales projections for new products and markets
