As a member of the Workplace Investing/ Fidelity Healthcare Group (WI/HCG) Pricing Team, this Senior Manager role will be responsible for delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business partners. The primary objective of the role will be to develop and lead a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. The role will partner closely with Relationship Management, Rebid Account Executives, Sales, and many other client-focused business support groups to help retain existing clients. You will be responsible for providing consultative analytics and executive level recommendations for clients in the $1 billion+ Strategic DC market.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
• Financial services experience; experience in benefits outsourcing (WI/HCG) a plus
• Proven ability to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to \u201Ctell the story\u201D and communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including effectively interacting with and influencing senior management
• Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance and the business
• Ability to gain subject matter expertise in a short period of time and to apply institutional knowledge to develop quality analytics
• Proven ability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to manage several priorities in a deadline-driven environment, having comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge the conventional approach
• Ability to prioritize and drive work in a highly matrixed environment, displaying the judgment to know when to involve other business stakeholders
