About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for External Stakeholder Communication within its Investor Relations team. The successful candidate will be a key advisor, responsible for developing and delivering messages that educate external stakeholders about the company's strategic direction and financial performance. This role involves leading the creation of quarterly press releases, earnings presentations, and related materials, as well as engaging in conversations with rating agencies, analysts, and investors. The Vice President will also prepare communication packages for strategic actions, advise executive management on anticipating and addressing investor and analyst reactions, and ensure the consistency of messages across internal and external communications. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and financial services industry leadership experience. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to create and deliver concise and compelling messages, and a proven track record as a results-driven leader. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities under tight timeframes and will have the ability to anticipate and address the needs of external stakeholders. While not mandatory, prior experience in Investor Relations or as a Financial Analyst, as well as professional certifications such as CFA, MBA, or CPA, are considered a plus.
