HOLLY HUNT is a sales and service organization, as well as designer and maker of high-end interior design furniture, lighting, textiles, leather, and rugs. HOLLY HUNTS to the trade customers are interior designers and architects.

**POSITION PROFILE:**

Performs the finishing/painting of furniture units from a kit of components previously prepared and tailored for finishing.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Finishing of products:

+ Product completion per Production Schedule

+ Meet all critical product characteristics and color matching master sample.

+ Maintain work station clean, organized and safe.

+ Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required.

+ Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time.

+ Observe all company policies and standard practices.

+ Participate on all required continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Required Experience **Minimum Qualifications**

* 2+ years previous experience of wood finishing techniques such:

+ Staining (oil and water base)

+ Toning

+ Sealing

+ Top coating

+ Sanding and buffing.

* Reading and understanding mixing specifications.

* Proficient using equipment and hand tools such:

+ Spraying guns.

+ Use of spraying booths.

+ Sanders.

+ Polishing machines.

* Comfortable working in a fast paced team environment while managing multiple projects.

* Strong attention to detail and flawless results.

* Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member
